JumpCloud: Launch White Paper
One of JumpCloud's biggest product releases in 2020 was a set of conditional access policies, which IT administrators use to control what resources employees access and under what conditions (e.g., they must be working on a secure device to log in).
As part of the launch plan, I wrote this white paper to give an overview of the release and explain how it fits into the broader IT industry narrative around zero trust security principles. I conceptualized and drafted this white paper with sign-off from our product leadership and executive teams, designed mockups of the diagrams, and oversaw a project with a design agency to finalize the layout.
