I led the cross-functional launch of the product suite’s first artificial intelligence feature to increase uptake among existing customers and demonstrate thought leadership in the market. This included:

• Creating an external datasheet

• Producing a feature launch webpage with demos and an enablement checklist in collaboration with customer success teams

• Coordinating a press release in collaboration with the communications team

• Leading sales enablement training in collaboration with the market strategy team
