JumpCloud: Customer Case Study

JumpCloud serves both internal IT teams and managed service providers (MSPs), which provide IT services to clients. I generated the questions for the interview with the CEOs of the MSP Altitude Integrations and led the interview call with them.

In writing this case study, I incorporated information from a joint webinar between our teams, quantified their success with value metrics and a value justification exercise, and provided technical details about their implementation. Then, I socialized the final product with customer-facing teams for use in calls and outreach.
