For a market leading software product, I develop programs and content to showcase customer value, increase customer satisfaction and product adoption, and capture late adopters.
This includes launching and leading development of an annual conference for industry executives to connect and share best practices, which drives both customer success and late adopter pipeline via reference selling. Activities include:
Developing project timelines
Leading cross-functional planning with 15+ stakeholders in strategy, sales, and product
Coaching external industry speakers and internal company executives on presentation development
Creating sales training and materials
